Original compensating system Featuring a standard three-valve compensating tubing system found on top end baritones the Neo baritone boasts an improved air control system. By allowing air to flow through the bypass tubes of valves pressed in conjunction with the third valve intonation in the mid to low register is dramatically improved. Rather than feeling like youre battling against the instrument to play musically and accurately the Neo baritone allows you more freedom giving you the space to concentrate on music-making and adding colour. New design elements The large bell with a narrower taper results in a clear tone. This means that even in larger ensembles or brass bands the sound of the baritone will blend without being lost thus adding to the ensemble. The large bell compliments this by allowing the YBH831 to project easily. The leadpipe has been redesigned so its not soldered to the bell to give the instrument a natural resonance.
